Our Services

We help you find the right words to speak to the right people - and make them feel something worth acting on.

Most businesses know what they do. Not all of them can explain it clearly enough so that the right people actually stop and listen.

That's where we come in.

We're a strategic copywriting and marketing consultancy. We work mainly with B2B businesses who are typically small, usually growing, often brilliant at what they do and quietly frustrated that their communications don't reflect that. We help them find the right words, build the right strategy, and say the right things to the right people.

The Red and White Way

Our onboarding process means real conversations, deeper questions than you're probably used to being asked, and time spent genuinely understanding your business - so we get the tone and voice right from the start.

We work in partnership, not on a transactional basis. We work best with businesses that want someone who will push back when needed, show up consistently, and not just appear when there's an invoice to be paid.

Our pricing is transparent. We're honest about what we can and can't do, and we don't take on work that isn't right. If we're not the right fit, we'll tell you upfront.

If that sounds like the kind of working relationship you've been looking for, let's talk. Don’t worry, though - if you’re not sure which service you need, that’s okay. Most clients start with a simple conversation, rather than a full brief.

Who we work with:

Recent clients include The Big Cat Sanctuary, Emma Youell Design, Travelodge Hotels, Marlow Worldwide Yacht Charters (through Dandelion Marketing), and Synergy Networking and Events.

  • Small-to-medium B2B firms with marketing budgets who are open to having a strategic copywriting, marketing and comms expert embedded in their culture.

  • Startups and micro organisations that have been trading for less than a year and need some help with business planning.

  • Small-to-medium B2B firms that have been trading for over three years and have lost their way, or sales have been dropping. We revisit business plans, goals, and objectives for a refresh on direction.

  • Larger enterprises (B2B and B2C) that don’t have a permanent marketing or comms lead, or are struggling with a critical capacity challenge.
