Red and White Media helps small businesses and growing organisations in the B2B sector communicate with consistency and clarity.
Our CEO and Founder, Vikkie Richmond, brings over ten years of experience in strategic and brand-led, tone-of-voice copywriting, communications and marketing. This is her second business; the first saw five successful years as a marketing virtual assistant, specialising in content creation and strategy.
We work closely with clients on monthly strategic content management, marketing strategy, and business planning. Vikkie also works with larger organisations as a fractional communications officer. We use proven frameworks to help internal comms teams and external customer-facing clients alike build trust and solve problems.
Our work has been recognised in the industry: Red and White Media is a finalist in the Kent Women in Business Awaeds 2026. We were named Copywriting Service of the Year at the South England Prestige Awards 2025/26. Vikkie was highly commended as runner-up Copywriter of the Year in the Digital Women Awards 2025. From SEO-optimised web pages and award entries to lead magnets, LinkedIn profiles, newsletters, blogs and case studies, email sequences and social media posts, we know how to write words that work.
Vikkie spent over five years writing for the internationally syndicated print magazine PowerPlay Rock and Metal, interviewing bands and musicians across the UK and beyond. That journalistic mindset still shapes her approach today, asking better questions, digging deeper, and getting to the heart of what makes a message resonate with its audience.
When she’s not knee-deep in brand messaging, you can find Vikkie watching Arsenal battling for the league title, ankle deep in festival mud or taking a long, windswept walk along the coast with her cockerpoo and her long-suffering partner.

We work only with businesses that share our core values of honesty, integrity, and trust. Vikkie will immerse herself in our clients’ culture to understand tone of voice, branding, company values, and internal processes. This is why we prefer to take a holistic, strategic approach with clients, rather than a low-value, ad-hoc execution role.
