A half-day intensive session - £495

Most business owners have a plan… The problem is, it lives in their head. If something happens to them, nobody would be able to pick up the reins and run the day-to-day.

The Business Blueprint is a structured three-hour session that gets the whole business out of your head and onto paper.

  • We cover your finances, pricing, capacity, processes, and resilience, not just the marketing side of things.

  • We dig into the issues that are quietly holding you back: over-reliance on one client, systems that live only in your head, pricing that hasn't kept pace with the work you're actually doing.

  • We look ahead to where the business needs to be in 12 months and beyond, and whether it could survive (or thrive) without you running every part of it.

This is not a coaching session or a generic audit. It's a proper conversation with someone who asks the questions you've been avoiding to help you build a written business plan, delivered to you within five working days. Then we’ll hold a follow-up session after two weeks to hold you accountable.

It's the thing that forces you to think clearly about your business, articulate your goals, and work out whether your plans actually make sense when they're written down in plain English.
